Volodymyr Kostyuk Ranked Among Top Managers of Ukraine 2026

Volodymyr Kostyuk, CEO of Farmak, has been included in the “Super-Leaders: Ranking of Top Managers of Ukraine 2026” prepared by the Focus business media resource.

The ranking features 36 heads of Ukrainian companies who, amidst the full-scale war, ensure business development, support the country’s economy, and implement strategic changes.

Among representatives of the pharmaceutical industry, the ranking also includes Taras Kolyada, Executive Director of the Podorozhnyk pharmacy chain, and Kostiantyn Mordyk, CEO of the Apteka 9-1-1 chain.

Ukrainian business continues to operate under the conditions of the full-scale war. Key challenges include the destruction of companies’ physical assets by the enemy, staff shortages due to mobilization and migration, damage to energy infrastructure, rising production costs, and logistical complications.

Against this backdrop, the quality of managerial decisions is becoming increasingly vital. A company’s financial stability, ability to retain teams, attract funding, recover quickly, maintain production, and introduce new technologies all depend on its leadership.

Volodymyr Kostyuk has been heading Farmak since 2018. Under his leadership, Farmak is strengthening its leading positions in Ukraine, expanding its international presence, and currently exporting products to over 60 countries worldwide.

Farmak continues to invest in Ukraine. Specifically, total capital investments for the 2022–2025 period amounted to 3.6 billion UAH, while taxes paid over the same period reached 4.7 billion UAH.

Today, Farmak employs 3,000 staff members in Ukraine. In 2025, the company launched 13 new medicinal products on the market for treating strokes and traumatic brain injuries, managing schizophrenia, providing sedation, addressing gastroenterological diseases, and preserving women’s health, as well as dietary supplements for correcting medical nutrition diets, supporting reproductive health, and maintaining hormonal balance.
